Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Our materials carry the manufacturer's warranty, and our workmanship is covered for six months from the installation date.
Are you insured?
Yes. ALTA Creative is fully insured.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We provide free estimates by phone or online. Request yours here.
Do you offer military discounts?
Yes. We offer a 5% discount on all services for military members.

Design & materials
What materials do you use for your graphics?
We use quality materials from trusted brands such as 3M and Avery.
How long does the design process take?
Simple projects typically take 2 to 3 business days, and more complex projects take 5 to 7 business days. Rush requests are often possible.
What types of materials do you use for your custom signs?
We work with metal, acrylic, wood and more, and we recommend the right material based on where the sign will go and what it needs to do.
Vehicle wraps
What is a car wrap?
A car wrap is a vinyl covering applied to the outside of a vehicle. It can be a full wrap or a partial wrap. See our vehicle wraps.
How long does a car wrap last?
A car wrap typically lasts three to five years or more, depending on the quality of the vinyl, weather exposure and how it is maintained.
Can I remove the car wrap myself?
We do not recommend it. Have a professional remove the wrap so your paint is not damaged.
Can you wrap any type of vehicle?
Yes. We wrap cars, trucks, vans, buses and trailers.
How long does a commercial vehicle wrap take to install?
Installation typically takes two to three days.

What is a wall wrap?
A wall wrap is a large vinyl graphic applied to a wall or other flat surface. See our wall murals.
What is a vinyl floor wrap?
A vinyl floor wrap is a custom graphic applied to floors such as concrete, tile or hardwood.
How do I care for my vinyl floor wrap?
Clean it with a mild detergent and avoid abrasive cleaners and brushes.

What types of trade show and event signage do you offer?
We offer banners, backdrops, step-and-repeat displays, booth and floor graphics and pop-up displays, and we handle everything from design through installation. See event graphics.
